Patent infringement action involving pad-mounted, double-fused switchgear especially adapted for use in underground electrical distribution systems.

On appeal, the Federal Circuit remanded the "on sale" issue to the district court based on the existence of genuine issues of material fact for trial, but vacated the district court's denial of the request for attorneys fees and sanctions and remanded for reconsideration of these issues. After remand, the case settled on terms favorable to our client.
