Nuijten v. Dudas, 129 S.Ct. 70 (2008).

Subject:

Represented the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) as amicus curiae before the U.S. Supreme Court supporting petition for writ of certiorari that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit erred by adding new requirements to 35 U.S.C. § 101. AIPLA argued that the new limitations threaten to disrupt the delicate balance of innovation, commercialization, and open access to the patent system.
