Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione Team Wins in Chicago's 2008 Race Judicata

CHICAGO - Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the United States, is pleased to announce that the Brinks team of Robert R. Cleary, Jr., Michael G. Dreznes, Benjamin Findley, Vincent J. Gnoffo, John E. Haugen, Abby L. Lemek and Christopher T. Sukhaphadhana, all attorneys at the firm, took first place in Division 1 of the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services' (CVLS) 2008 Race Judicata Sprint for Justice which was held on August 14. Division 1 is comprised of teams representing law firms of 250 or more employees. The team's first place finish improves on its third place finish in 2007.

In addition, Brinks attorney, Michael Dreznes finished in second place overall for a second consecutive year with a time of 16:07.

The race, held in Grant Park in Chicago, is a 5K that loops through lower Hutchinson Field along scenic Lake Michigan. More than 3,500 participants ran to raise funds to benefit CVLS.
