CHICAGO – Bradley G. Lane, a shareholder and chair of the Pro Bono Committee at Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the U.S., has been unanimously elected to the Board of Directors of the Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI). Mr. Lane has been involved in PILI’s Implementation Committee and Pro Bono Initiative Working Groups. He is the only intellectual property lawyer on the Board of PILI.
Mr. Lane is a trial lawyer specializing in intellectual property litigation with an emphasis on patent and trade secret matters. His practice further includes counseling on a range of intellectual property acquisition and enforcement strategies, with an emphasis on United States and international patent protection and patent clearance studies.
For nearly thirty years, PILI has fought to ensure equal access to justice by providing opportunities for law students and lawyers to perform public interest and pro bono services through education, work experience and the delivery of legal services. For more information, visit www.pili-law.org.
