Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione Listed Among Top Firms in ALM Survey "Who Represents Corporate America?"

CHICAGO - Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the U.S., ranked fifth among IP law firms named most often by Fortune 250 companies as representing their intellectual property needs, according to ALM's annual survey, "Who Represents Corporate America?" The survey was published in the September 2006 issue of Corporate Counsel Magazine.

"We value our clients and are proud that they have put their confidence and trust in our firm," said Gary M. Ropski, president of Brinks. "It is the highest compliment to be recognized by our clients for our exceptional work and outstanding client service."

ALM surveyed general counsel at the Fortune 250 and asked which law firms they used in the areas of litigation, corporate transactions, labor and employment, intellectual property and corporate governance. Brinks was named as intellectual property counsel by Deere & Co., Tyson Foods, Inc. and Visteon Corporation.
