CHICAGO - Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the U.S., is pleased to announce David D. Murray, Steven L. Oberholtzer and Eric J. Sosenko, have been named "Michigan Super Lawyers" in an inaugural survey conducted by Law & Politics magazine. The Brinks attorneys were named Super Lawyers in the practice area categories of Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Litigation. All three attorneys are based in Brinks' Ann Arbor, Michigan office.
Super Lawyers surveyed more than 30,000 Michigan attorneys who have been in practice for at least five year and representing more than 60 areas of practice. The survey asked respondents to identify those Michigan lawyers they had either personally worked with or had observed in action who they felt were outstanding in their respective practice areas. Attorneys from firms of all sizes were considered as well as those in private and public service practice, prosecutors and in-house counsel. The complete list of Michigan Super Lawyers is published in the September 2006 issues of The Detroit News, Detroit Free Press and Michigan Super Lawyers magazine.
Congratulations to the following 2006 Michigan Super Lawyers in these practice areas:
