CHICAGO – Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the United States, has ranked among the top trademark and copyright firms in the United States in Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine’s annual survey, in both of the prosecution and litigation categories. The survey, published in the March 2006 issue of Managing Intellectual Property, is compiled based on surveys of both clients and IP practitioners.
“We are extremely pleased to be recognized by our clients and peers for both prosecution and litigation in this listing and to continue to be considered a go-to firm for this type of IP counsel,” said Brinks president Gary M. Ropski.
The Managing Intellectual Property survey of the world IP market, now in its 10th year of publication, is based on the experiences of hundreds of clients and practitioners worldwide.
