Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione Ranks as #1 Intellectual Property Firm in Illinois in Chambers USA Guide for Second Year in a Row
Six of Firm's Attorneys Also Named as Leading Lawyers

CHICAGO - Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione shares first place with Kirkland & Ellis as the top intellectual property law firm in Illinois for the second year in a row according to Chambers USA: A Guide to America's Leading Business Lawyers. Additionally, six Brinks shareholders were identified as leading intellectual property lawyers in the state. No other Illinois firm had more than two lawyers singled out for special mention in IP. The 2004-2005 listing just released is the second annual edition of the guide.

The six attorneys from Brinks appearing in the guide are: Roy E. Hofer in first place for the second year; Jerold A. Jacover and Gary M. Ropski, who share third place; and Jerome Gilson, Ralph J. Gabric and Laura Beth Miller, all sharing fourth place.
