The award honors members of the organization's Chicago and Northern Illinois Regional Board of Directors who have made significant contributions to NCCJ.

"This award honors Gary for almost 20 years of outstanding service to our organization," said Michael J. Hayes, Chairman of the NCCJ Board of Directors. "He has given so much of his time and legal expertise to the NCCJ, we cannot thank him enough."

Mr. Ropski's contributions to NCCJ date back to 1986.
