As in the past several years, the Trademark Practice Group will partner with the Chicago Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel on an upcoming trademark seminar. This year’s seminar will be on Thursday, January 19, 2012 at Harry Caray’s Italian Steakhouse, and will address the difficulties with establishing and protecting “weak” trademarks. Howard S. Michael and Scott J. Slavick will be the featured presenters. Our guest presenter will be Winnie Kuo, corporate counsel at Morton Salt. This program has been approved for one hour of CLE credit in the state of Illinois.
