ANN ARBOR –Eric J. Sosenko, a shareholder in the Ann Arbor office of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the U.S., is a contributing author to a new book published by Aspatore Books that features leading lawyers’ input on interpreting and applying the Patent Reform Act of 2011(also known as AIA – America Invents Act). The Impact of the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act is the name of the book and Mr. Sosenko, who serves as the chairperson of Brinks’ Patent Reform Committee, contributed a section entitled, “The AIA: A Transformative Change in the U.S. Patent System.” It can be read here.
