TOPICS
AutoHarvest – Intellectual Property Market Place
Eric Stief, Senior Vice President, AutoHarvest Foundation
Automotive manufacturers and their suppliers are seeking new technology and non-traditional resources in order to improve their products and manufacturing and business processes. These auto focused companies and organizations also desire to transfer their technology and process knowledge to automotive and "non-automotive" users to foster economic growth and job creation. University and governmental organizations such as the Departments of Energy and Defense, along with traditional and non-traditional supply chain companies, may have this needed technology, but much of it is locked away and cannot currently be shared efficiently among stakeholders. Eric Stief explains how AutoHarvest helps unlock this valuable knowledge and research through its secure platform dedicated to sharing intellectual property, facilitating connections and fostering collaboration among manufacturers, suppliers, technology providers and other individuals and organizations.
