CHICAGO - David S. Fleming, a shareholder and trademark litigator at Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione will moderate an upcoming roundtable on litigating damages in trademark infringement cases. Sponsored by the Intellectual Property Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation, the 90-minute luncheon begins at noon on March 18. Kristofer Swanson of Navigant Consulting, Inc. is hosting the event, which will be held at Navigant's offices at 175 West Jackson Blvd, Suite 500 in Chicago.
"The roundtable will provide an informal venue for IP practitioners to discuss key issues," said Fleming. "It is always beneficial to have such forums where colleagues can share information and experiences."
