Brinks Ranked Among Top Trademark Firms by IP Today

CHICAGO – Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione has been recognized by Intellectual Property Today magazine as one of the top trademark law firms in the country for 2011 among boutique and general practice firms with IP practices. Brinks, which is one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the U.S., was ranked 34th on the 2011 list, up from 62nd in the 2010 rankings.

IP Today's 2011 list, which appears in the May issue of the magazine, comprises 140 law firms and individuals. Firms are ranked according to the number of U.S. trademark registrations issued in 2010 that list the firm or an individual from the firm as the legal representative for that registration. During 2010, Brinks registered 275 trademarks.
