Brinks' Ann Arbor Office Named One of Metro Detroit's Largest IP Law Firms

ANN ARBOR –The Ann Arbor office of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the U.S., has been named the 11th largest Intellectual Property law firm in Metropolitan Detroit, which for purposes of the survey, is comprised of Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Washtenaw Counties. Brinks was the only firm in Washtenaw County to be ranked among the top 20 largest firms. The ranking was prepared by DBusiness Magazine (www.dbusiness.com) and appears in the March/April 2011 edition.

The Ann Arbor office of Brinks is led by managing partner, Steven L. Oberholtzer, who previously served as a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Established in 2000, Brinks’ Ann Arbor office has grown to 34 total staff, including 18 attorneys dedicated solely to the practice of intellectual property law.
