ANN ARBOR – Robert K. Fergan, an attorney in the Ann Arbor office of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the U.S., was a featured speaker at today's meeting of the Washtenaw County Bar Association.  The meeting addressed the dual topics of Intellectual Property and Labor & Employment. Mr. Fergan’s topic was Intellectual Property concerns in the context of employment and contractual agreements.
