Roy E. Hofer was mentioned in the September 15, 2010, Chicago Daily Law Bulletin article “Commission Recommends 65 of 68 Judges.” Mr. Hofer is a member of the Judicial Performance Commission of Cook County, a 17-member group formed earlier this year to evaluate and provide performance improvement plans to judges who are seeking new terms in Cook County.
