Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione's James R. Sobieraj and Timothy Q. Delaney are participating in the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago's Patent Law Symposium 2010 Seminar taking place on October 1. Mr. Sobieraj is co-chair of the event, and Mr. Delaney will make a presentation titled, "Mock Deposition of an Inventor." The conference will be held at the Union League Club of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois.
