Fleming, an attorney and shareholder at Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the U.S., has been elected to a three-year term on the board of the International Trademark Association (INTA). His term began on January 1, 2010. Fleming chairs the Trademarks and Unfair Competition Group at Brinks and represents a wide range of companies in trademark and unfair competition matters. His clients have included companies engaged in Internet technology, motion picture services, consumer products, services franchising, financial services, telecommunications equipment and automotive manufacturing.
