Salt Lake City – The Salt Lake City office of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the U.S., is pleased to announce its relocation to 222 Main, Utah’s first LEED-certified high-rise.

Brinks was the first tenant to sign a lease for the new building before construction began and is leasing approximately 7,500 square feet on the 19th floor. The space is designed to attain LEED Silver Certification within the first year of occupancy. According to office Managing Partner Steven P. Shurtz, the move will allow the firm to expand its Utah practice in a building that befits its focus on green technology and innovation.

“Intellectual property law operates in an environment of innovation,” says Steve Shurtz. “We are pleased to be part of a new development that uses the latest approach to environmentally-friendly building materials and energy saving systems.”
