Robert K. Fergan, an attorney in the Ann Arbor office of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, was mentioned in the October 25, 2009, edition of Freep.com, regarding his recent appointment as the chair of the special committee for the 2010 midyear meeting of the American Bar Association intellectual property law section. Fergan was also re-elected to a three-year term on the editorial board of Landslide, a bimonthly magazine of the ABA's intellectual property law section that offers news and analysis on patents, trademarks, copyrights and related topics
