Kelly K. Burris, a shareholder in the Ann Arbor, MI office of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, was featured in an article titled "SBM Annual Meeting: Unsung Hero Award" in the September 14, 2009 issue of Examiner.com. Ms. Burris was named an "Unsung Hero" and received an award for volunteering with the Air Charity Network, which transports medical supplies and people with medical conditions to places that commercial flights do not fly. Earlier this year, Ms. Burris won the 2009 Historic National Women's Air Race Classic and donated her winnings to the Air Charity Network.
