Robert K. Fergan, an attorney in the Ann Arbor, MI office of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, was mentioned in the "Appointments" section of the August 24, 2009, edition of Michigan Lawyers Weekly. Mr. Fergan was recently appointed chair of the special committee for the 2010 Mid-Year meeting of the American Bar Association's Intellectual Property Law Section. The meeting will take place in Orlando, FL, in February 2010.
