Meredith Martin Addy, chair of the Appellate group at Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, was quoted in an article titled "Process Perils: Ruling Narrows the Protection for Product-By-Process Patents" which appeared in the August 2009 edition of Inside Counsel (print and web publications).
