Steven L. Oberholtzer, managing partner of the Ann Arbor, MI office of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, was featured in an article titled "Testing the Waters of a Changed China" which appeared in the July 12, 2009, edition of Crain's Detroit Business (print and Web). In the article, Mr. Oberholtzer discussed the emergence of a Chinese automobile market and working with Chinese auto-manufacturers to develop new products.
