Michael P. Chu, a shareholder at Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, wrote an article titled "The Conversion Challenge: Law Firms and Asian Pacific American Lawyers" which appeared in the July 2009 edition of Goal IX, a publication of the American Bar Association Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Profession. In the article, Mr. Chu discussed actions that law firms are taking to increase diversity in recruiting and hiring attorneys.
