Christopher L. Wight, an attorney in the Salt Lake City, UT office of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, was quoted in an article titled "ACLU Suit Spurs Debate Over Gene Patents" in the June 30, 2009, edition of Law360.com. Mr. Wight discussed the recent developments in the American Civil Liberties Union's (ACLU) lawsuit against Myriad Genetics regarding their patents for genes that detect breast and ovarian cancer. Mr. Wight was formerly in-house counsel with Myriad.
