Jerome Gilson, a senior shareholder at Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, was mentioned in the "Trademark Law Movers & Shakers" section of the May 21, 2009 edition of LexisNexis.com. Mr. Gilson was mentioned as an attendee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) Annual Meeting that was held in Seattle, WA from May 16-20, 2009. At the meeting, Mr. Gilson signed and distributed copies of a new work he authored specifically for the INTA Annual Meeting titled Handling Trademark Problems Posed by Fan-Created Content.
