David S. Fleming, chair of the Trademark Group at Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, published a guest article titled "A Closer Look at Rescuecom v. Google" which appeared in the April 8, 2009 edition of Law360.com. The article was a follow-up to his April 2, 2009 Law360.com article "Rescuecom and Keyword Advertising". In his April 8, 2009 article, Mr. Fleming analyzed the April 3, 2009 decision in Rescuecom v. Google by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
