Laura Beth Miller, Thomas J. Filarksi and Charles M. McMahon, shareholders at Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, were mentioned in the "Correction" section of the March 16, 2009 edition of CrainsDetroit.com as attorneys for ZF Meritor LLC, ArvinMeritor Inc. and ZF Friedrichshafen AG in a patent infringement case. Brinks was successful in defending ZF Meritor et al. against Ohio-based Eaton Corp. However, in a previous mention from the "Focus" section of the March 1, 2009 edition of CrainsDetroit.com, Crain's erred on several of the facts of the case and subsequent to our request for a correction, one was issued.
