Oberholtzer, managing partner of the Ann Arbor, MI office of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, wrote an article titled "Look Closer at Man behind 'Genius,' and You'll Find Stubbornness to Counter Courage" for the October 27, 2008 edition of Michigan Lawyers Weekly. Mr. Oberholtzer commented on the factual content of the 2008 film, Flash of Genius, a story about Dr. Robert Kearns, the independent inventor of the intermittent windshield wiper. Dr. Kearns filed suit against the Ford Motor Company and Daimler-Chrysler for patent infringement.
