Jerold A. Jacover, a shareholder with Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, was featured in an interview with Chuck Garfien on the September 22, 2008 edition of SportsNite (Comcast Sports Net), a nightly television news program about Chicago sports. Mr. Jacover discussed the alleged curse of New York Giants baseball player Fred Merkle and ensuing myth that he inadvertently cursed the Chicago Cubs baseball club. Mr. Jacover is the author of Merkle's Curse, a fictionalized historical novel detailing why the Cubs have not won a World Series in 100 years.
