Eric J. Sosenko, a shareholder in the Ann Arbor, Michigan office of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, was featured in an article entitled "Slew of Golf Patents Aim to Reduce Frustration" which appeared in the July 31, 2008 editions of MLive.com, Oakland Business Review; Detroit Free Press online and PinhawkChicagoLawFirmNewzDigest.com. The article was an interview with Mr. Sosenko about the rising number of golf-related patents filed each year. Mr. Sosenko says many patents are filed by companies such as Callaway and Acushnet, but even more are individuals who file for patents.
