Frankel, a shareholder with Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, was quoted in an article entitled "Sharing Old Exams on the World Wide Web" in the July 27, 2008 print edition of the New York Times on the topic of copyright infringement involving the posting to the Internet and other distribution of old college exams at universities.
