Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione shareholders Glen P. Belvis and David S. Fleming were mentioned in the "In the News" section of the June 23, 2008 edition of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. Mr. Belvis and Mr. Fleming took part in a mock trial presented by the John Marshall Law School Center for Intellectual Property to Chinese judges, attorneys and law students. The mock trial was part of the law school's "Chinese Law Study Tour."
