Steven L. Oberholtzer, managing partner in the Ann Arbor, Michigan office of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, was featured in a letter to the Editor in the March 10, 2008 edition of Crain’s Detroit Business. Mr. Oberholtzer wrote an Op-Ed letter to the Editor regarding the issue of recognizing the value of patents as assets in response to a February 18, 2008 article entitled “Here’s a Positive Statistic to Build On.”
