Hofer, a senior shareholder at Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, authored an article entitled “Reflections on the Legal Profession” that was published in the Winter 2008, Volume 18, Number 2 edition of the American Bar Association’s Senior Lawyers Division magazine, Experience. The article focused on a shift in the way law firms operate, including less partner loyalty and more firms being run with a corporate culture as opposed to a culture resembling that of a family.
