Meredith Martin Addy, a shareholder at Brinks, Hofer, Gilson & Lione and chair of the firm’s Appellate Group, was mentioned in the June 2007 issue of Managing Intellectual Property magazine in an article entitled “Interferences Board should look to record, not expertise” regarding the Brand and Capital Machine Co., Inc. et al. v.
