Jerome Gilson, a senior shareholder at Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, authored an editorial letter entitled "WPA Angle Left Out of Story" that appeared in the February 2007 issue of the ABA Journal. The letter stated Mr. Gilson’s opinion on the government’s unfair assertion of ownership rights regarding artwork purchased during the Works Progress Administration program of the Great Depression.
