Yuezhong Feng, Ph.D.

Practice Summary

Dr. Feng's practice focuses on litigating patent, Hatch-Waxman, and International Trade Commission (ITC) cases; counseling and preparing opinions; and preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the U.S. and abroad. He handles intellectual property matters in the chemical, electrical vehicles, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, nanotechnology, chemical engineering (particularly bio-fuels and bio-diesels), and electrical engineering (particularly liquid-crystal display devices) arts. He also handles trademark registration for domestic and international clients.

Dr. Feng is a frequent speaker on various intellectual property matters in the U.S. and China. He has spoken on patent, ITC, and litigation conferences and seminars, including programs sponsored by China State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), the John Marshall Law School, Shanghai Intellectual Property Rights Office, East China University of Political Science & Law, China Shippers' Association under the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, Shenzhen Intellectual Property Society, and Guangdong Bar Association.
