Yuanlin Shen

Dr. Shen has more than ten years of experience and a deep understanding of Chinese intellectual property law. As a Chinese patent attorney, he represented many large Chinese companies in influential litigation cases involving patent, trademark, copyright and unfair competition. He has also dealt with patent prosecution, trademark registration and client counseling. Currently, his practice focuses on international patent and trademark applications, licenses and counseling, and domestic litigation preparation, prosecution and registration.
