Mr. Smith's intellectual property practice focuses on patent prosecution, counseling and litigation in the mechanical and electrical arts. Mr. Smith has extensive experience with various consumer products, automotive components, medical devices, power tools, lawn and garden equipment, commercial restaurant equipment, construction equipment and industrial equipment.
