Scott A. Timmerman
Mr. Timmerman’s intellectual property law practice includes patent and trademark litigation as well as patent prosecution. With a background in physics and computer technology, his patent practice generally focuses on the areas of the mechanical arts, the electrical and computer arts and nanotechnology. His practice in the electrical and computer arts includes technologies such as computer software, digital encoding, electronic circuitry, computer networks, telecommunications, electro-optical devices, and power meters, as well as Internet and e-commerce related technologies. Mr. Timmerman is familiar with various computing systems and programming languages, including JAVA, C++, and Fortran.
