Rickard K. DeMille

Practice Summary

Rick DeMille's intellectual property law practice includes patent prosecution and litigation. His patent practice focuses on the electrical, computer and mechanical arts.  In particular, Mr. DeMille has experience prosecuting patent applications in such fields ranging from semiconductors to software applications to office chairs.

Mr. DeMille’s practice also includes preparing and prosecuting requests for both ex parte and inter partes reexamination with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Del. 2006).  Subject:  Patent Infringement.  Resolution:  Ongoing; case stayed pending reexamination of asserted patents by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  Mr. DeMille represents defendants American Honda, GM and Elesys North America.
