  • Georgia-Pacific LP v. Kimberly-Clark Corp., Case No. 09-cv-2263 (N.D. Ill. 2009). Obtained summary judgment in favor of defendant dismissing trademark infringement claims and granting cancellation of asserted trademark registrations.
