- Hollister Inc. v. ConvaTec Inc., Case No. 10-cv-06431 (N.D. Ill. 2010). Obtained summary judgment in favor of defendant dismissing patent infringement claim. Counterclaims currently pending.

- Georgia-Pacific LP v. Kimberly-Clark Corp., Case No. 10-3519 (7th Cir. 2010). Obtained affirmance of summary judgment in favor of defendant.
- Georgia-Pacific LP v. Kimberly-Clark Corp., Case No. 09-cv-2263 (N.D. Ill. 2009). Obtained summary judgment in favor of defendant dismissing trademark infringement claims and granting cancellation of asserted trademark registrations.
