Nathan O. Greene
Mr. Greene specializes in patent prosecution and counseling, licensing, and preparing opinions. As an Officer in the U.S. Army, he obtained experience with computer systems, networking, radio and telecommunication systems. He also has extensive experience in areas of electrical devices and electronics, computers, software and in the areas of business methods and e-commerce, including online advertising and business-to-business systems. Mr. Greene also has experience with mechanical and electromechanical arts, including with cranes, valves, laser components, furniture, railroad cars and airbag-related devices. Mr. Greene prepares and prosecutes domestic and foreign patent applications; prepares patentability, invalidity, freedom-to-operate, and infringement opinions; and prepares licenses related to patents and other intellectual property assets. Mr. Greene also applies for and prosecutes trademark applications, and prepares cease and desist letters in trademark infringement and related cases.
