Michael S. Gzybowski
Mr. Gzybowski concentrates his intellectual property practice in preparing and prosecuting U.S. patents and obtaining foreign patents. He also provides support for patent litigation, counsels clients on patentability, infringement and validity issues, and prepares and evaluates licensing agreements. Mr. Gzybowski has more than 20 years of experience, which includes his work as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office prior to entering private practice.
