Justin B. Rand
Justin Rand joined Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione in 2000. Mr. Rand's intellectual property practice focuses on all aspects of patent prosecution and litigation in the mechanical and biological fields. He has experience prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical and biological fields, as well as in the preparation of opinion letters. Mr. Rand also counsels clients on contractual and licensing issues as well as product portfolio analysis and management.
