John C. Bacoch
Mr. Bacoch focuses his practice on patent prosecution for clients in certain mechanical arts, as well as the computer hardware, networking and software industries. He has experience in the area of oil and gas exploration, aerospace, automotive, software, Internet, e-commerce, telecommunications, networking, hardware and Internet business models/methods. Mr. Bacoch also handles intellectual property matters involving litigation.
Prior to law school, Mr. Bacoch worked in the medical device industry for Rubicon Medical, since acquired by Boston Scientific. At Rubicon he designed custom medical catheters and developed processes for the production of medical devices.
