- In the Matter of Certain Electric Fireplaces, Components Thereof, Manuals for Same, Certain Processes for Manufacturing or Relating to Same, and Certain Products Containing Same (International Trade Commission, 2011-present). Represents Complainant Twin-Star International, Inc. in action for copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of contract.
- Daniels v. Spencer Gifts, et. al. (N.D. Ill. 2010-present). Represents Defendant Spencer Gifts in action alleging copyright and trademark infringement.
- Amway Corp. v. MonaVie, Inc., et al. (D. Utah 2008-2010). Represented Amway in action for trade secret misappropriation, tortious interference with contract and false advertising under the Lanham Act. The case settled.
- Nitro Distributing, Inc. v. Alticor Corp., Represented Alticor in antitrust case alleging violations of §§ 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act of a vertically integrated distribution chain. All claims were dismissed on summary judgment, and the dismissal was affirmed by the 8th Circuit.
- Stewart & Assoc. Int'l Inc., et al. v. Quixtar Inc., et al. (AAA.)(2006-2009). Represented Quixtar in breach of contract action. The case settled.
